Eisenstadt is located in the picturesque landscape of Burgenland, but nevertheless close to the federal capital Vienna and the neighbouring countries Hungary and Slovakia, which is very attractive for students who want to gain experience abroad. Eisenstadt is a good alternative to the fast-moving capital city, especially for students who love nature and sports such as Nordic walking, running, cycling or sailing on nearby Lake Neusiedl.
