The Private University College of Teacher Education Burgenland supports pedagogues in their in-service professionalisation processes and schools and other educational institutions in quality development through further training events and advisory services.
The focus is on educational processes that have an impact on learning and focuses on the learning of children and young people. Longer-term formats create opportunities to learn actively and try out new things.

The offer includes services for individuals, groups, teams, steering groups and school teams on site as well as networks and associations in the region or in the province of Burgenland as a whole.

In order to monitor the quality and impact of the training and counselling offers, they are continuously and systematically evaluated and reviewed in accompanying research projects.
